Tell me about your professional journey and your decision to join Publicis Sapient.
In 2004 I started my career at a large software firm in India. Through my 5 years there, I had the opportunity to build software for large global banks and live in London and Hong Kong before moving to the US. I then went on to be an advisor to some of the world’s largest banks – helping them transform their financial operations in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis.
Eventually, I transitioned to the data and digital space, incubating and scaling a data & analytics business and running their strategic partnerships portfolio.
I came to Publicis Sapient because I was inspired by the work the Management Consulting team was doing. I was inspired by the leadership team who embodied the skills, behaviors, and presence that I aspire to embody one day, and by the opportunity to solve some of the hard, gnarly problems that institutions face today – at the intersection of finance, digital trends, and data. I came here to raise the bar for myself, to experience professional and personal growth.
