LEAP Ahead: Building Tomorrow’s Leaders

Our LEAP Ahead program is offered to Senior Managers across our India teams and is focused on problem-solving and leadership coaching through building self-awareness and exploring new mindsets. Pauline shares her LEAP Ahead experience.

This 12-month program is for our team members who are seeking personal and professional growth that will propel them to the next level of their career.

Pauline’s LEAP Ahead Experience

“As we navigate through the various twists and turns of our professional journey, one thing remains constant: our innate desire to evolve and grow into the best version of ourselves. In my own pursuit of professional development, I reached a place where I felt I was at a bit of a crossroads, needing a bit of an intervention or maybe a fresh perspective to elevate myself to the next level.

The LEAP Ahead program caught my attention as some of my colleagues, who had already been through the experience, told me about their experiences. Their stories made me curious, and I decided to give it a shot!

When I started the program, I had a both small and big goals in mind. I wanted to feel more confident speaking up in groups, but also discover how I could be an effective leader in a style that best suited me.”

“There are three phases to the program: Discovery, Transformation and Showcase. The phase that stood out for me was the Transformation phase, as it provided the most opportunity to interact with my peers across different capabilities and crafts. As a Senior Manager of Agile Program Management, I got to collaborate with engineers and designers. We all play a different role in driving impactful digital transformation for our clients. Working with them was like adding new colors to a painting, helping me have a fresh perspective and get better at understanding different ideas and strategies.”

“The program wasn’t just about learning strategy but building character. We all can make a real impact if we learn how to use our voices. This applies to both work and my everyday life.  

It was like a doorway to discovering more about myself, a path to growth and a spark for finding my hidden potential. PS is filled with surprises like this – new learning opportunities, different events and experiences. For example, I was also nominated to attend a Scaled Agile learning session that helped me understand our vision and culture better. I feel like I’m growing with the company and building a ‘digital transformation’ mindset.”
