CX&I Strategy: We identify and define experience models which help to shape companies. Using these models, we propose ways to drive customer interaction and create value. We use fact-based research and data to guide clients in making braver decisions and evolving digitally.

Service Design: We define a complete end-to-end service based on core design thinking tools and methods. We emphasize driving valuable outcomes through mixed backlog definition, focusing on people and using systems that consider all steps of the process, from concept to realization.

Evaluative: We use research techniques that assess design output throughout development, including concept and usability testing.

Generative Qualitative: We conduct primary research that helps us understand people—including techniques of contextual inquiry, ethnography and in-context interviews. This research drives ideation and strategy and frames opportunities.

Quantitative: We collect and analyze numerical data via surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc.

Secondary: We review, digest and analyze existing market, competitor and customer primary research.

Product Design: We are a multi-skill design discipline focused on creating propositional concepts, proving their value and bringing them to market.

Visual Design: We base our designs on customer experience (CX) strategy, business goals and brand guidelines—from early sketches and high-level prototypes to fully developed design systems.  

Communications Design: We utilize print, digital, video production, motion graphics and marketing support in service of seamless customer experience (CX).

Production Design: Based on creative direction, we build visually coherent assets for accessible, responsive and scalable design systems.

UX Design: We engineer the overall system that enables a user’s experience (UX). Our core skill is the ability to perceive and analyze a user’s goals through research and empathy.

Content Strategy: We guide brands on effective use of digital content, based on customer insights, user journeys, brand pillars, business objectives, SEO and site usage data.

Content Engineering: We define optimal digital content ecosystems, based on site structure, design systems, components/templates, tagging strategies and relevant backend systems.

Content Operations: We streamline all content processes, taking into account roles, editorial schedules, product launches, translation requirements, platform workflows and more.

Copywriting: We craft exceptional, narrative-driven experiences for our clients, ensuring consistency of content across platforms and formats including navigation, interface copy and messaging. In some regions, this includes writing marketing, social or campaign copy.
