Java Mentorship and Training in Action

Our Top Gun Academy program combines mentorship with hands-on training to develop our engineers into multidimensional experts, well-versed in various programming languages and their nuances. Learn more from previous academy participants.

Offered to members of the Publicis Sapient’s engineering team in India, Top Gun Academy helps them in their journey to becoming seasoned architects of their technical environments and ecosystems.

Guided by mentors, participants engage in diverse learning experiences led by seasoned Java professionals, designed to equip them for full-lifecycle engineering, client pitches and effective tech debt management. Training includes:

The dynamic Java community at Publicis Sapient collaborates internally to execute this one-of-a-kind learning and development program. It’s a mandatory initiative designed for our people who are in their senior associate career level, meet time-in-title eligibility criteria and possess microservices skills, aiming for promotion to the manager level.

Looking ahead, the community is also considering incorporating generative AI into the program, demonstrating a commitment to staying at the forefront of technology. This blended approach of the program facilitates a smooth transition to advanced roles, featuring a comprehensive curriculum with theoretical and practical elements.
