“Empathy and understanding play a big role in the work to help us identify what the actual problem statement is. It’s a common occurrence in our function that people come to us with a question, and when we provide the answer, it provokes another question. This cycle can go on and on. Ten back-and-forths later, we have that ‘a-ha’ moment and discover what was originally at the root of the first question.
