“While we work on multiple tools in this domain, most of the applications are built on Java. If you are a Java developer with experience in SQL, you have an edge in understanding the various solutions such as ‘Endur’ we use in this domain. Once you start understanding the tools and gain functional knowledge by reading and practicing, there is nothing stopping you!”

Ankit should know as he’s spent the last 7+ years working across five different and extremely complex commodity domains (including oil, gas, power emission, and LNG) at Publicis Sapient and is now working as a track lead in our Energy & Commodities Trading Risk Management (ETRM) domain. It’s a new evolution track for oil commodities for one of our clients, and Ankit will help build performance-enhancement features.
