Making a difference at PS

At Publicis Sapient, you have the opportunity to make an impact in everything you do. It’s been exciting getting to be a part of something so relevant and important. I feel like I’m making a difference, and it’s fantastic getting to learn and grow along the way. The trust and respect I have within my team on this project has also been incredible and taught me how to adapt and work hard at getting the job done. By using all of our perspectives and talents, we’ve been able to do work together that is important and purposeful. I’m proud of our work, and that I get to be a part of my PS team.

Inspiration is everywhere

One thing that makes PS stand out from competitors is how it isn’t just a global company, but a global team. The people I work with everyday all come from different walks of life, and let me be the first to tell you, they inspire me to find my stride in all the work I do. During my 7 months here, I have experienced nothing less than an open environment and a welcoming group of people. The culture at PS encourages growth, diversity and development both professionally and personally. Every day, I feel challenged and inspired to be the best person I can be. That’s the culture of Publicis Sapient: to challenge each other to be better and do better, together.

Here at Publicis Sapient, I have the ability to make a difference, as well as do a lot of different and exciting work. Looking to my future here, I’m most excited to continue my growth, contribute to our company and clients, and advance overtime. There is a large variety of work I’m looking forward to doing, and I’m excited to see what is next!
