In three sentences, how would you describe the work you do for our clients?

We are a true digital first business. We didn’t have to put ‘digital’ in our name, as we have been doing it for more than 30 years. Ultimately our goal as a business is to ensure our clients futureproof themselves and are ready to sustain themselves as industries continue to rapidly evolve.

What would you tell your friends and family about the culture at Publicis Sapient?

That is easy to answer. First and foremost, it is non-hierarchical. Sure, we have different roles to play with different levels of responsibility, but, if you are early in your career and you have feedback or an idea on something and you would like to share this feedback you have the right to do so without fear or repercussions. I cannot stress this enough. Feedback is openly sought, openly provided, and it takes an individual without ego to excel in such environments. Secondly, we work in the transformation space, so cutting-edge skills are required for the cutting-edge solutions we provide our clients.  And the culture reflects this: We encourage opportunities wherever they may be.  Finally, our culture is truly collaborative. People help each other. It is odd inside Publicis Sapient to find out that people are blockers or are not responsive. It just isn’t who we are as a company.

“Nothing compares to the experiences I have had when I contributed to Sapient in the past, and I look to have another great experience. Ultimately, I can be myself in this company and bring my whole-self to work, and that is always a great feeling.“

What do we offer that is different to our competitors?

No doubt about it: it is HOW we do things. It is true that companies in our industry can have similar types of people working for them, but what makes Publicis Sapient so special is its culture and heritage. It cannot be replicated. Many companies try, and unfortunately fail, to generate a culture of openness, collaboration and truly embracing the future. Egos and mistrust actually get in the way of these things. This does not happen here. Leaders are strong and manage the culture ensuring this continues to thrive.

If it was your job to persuade someone to work at Publicis Sapient in your team, what would you say?

Specifically, if you want to have a great career and learn and be treated with dignity and respect for the skills of your profession, then you should have a look at Publicis Sapient as an employer of choice. I speak from experience. This is my second time working in the company in my career, and nothing compares to the experiences I have had when I contributed to Sapient in the past, and I look to have another great experience. Ultimately, I can be myself in this company and bring my whole-self to work, and that is always a great feeling.
