Culture and career growth that is “second to none”
If you ask anyone who works here, they’ll tell you that the workplace culture at Publicis Sapient is unmatched. As soon as I joined the team a year and a half ago, I knew it was a special type of company. Even at my first interview, I felt extremely welcomed and fully able to “be myself,” due to the friendly culture that has been cultivated here at PS. I’ve also found there to be considerable support when it comes to projects. Everyone at PS is assigned a people manager, someone who isn’t on your account, nor do you see them every day. This is really beneficial because you can get unbiased advice and support whenever you need it. People managers aren’t your only source of support, though. I actually have three mentors too, all of whom provide me with advice and support in different areas. For example, my previous delivery lead and I connect on a monthly basis to talk about career goals, challenges, and opportunities. I’m also a mentee in a company program focused on building connections between leaders and female talent, for which I’m matched with a Senior Vice President. The endless stream of support here is one of the main reasons I think this is one of the best, if not the best, place to work for University students and those who have recently graduated.
Why PS should be your next step
I can’t say enough about how much I’d recommend Publicis Sapient as a company for university students/recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience while working somewhere that will help them reach their full potential. As mentioned earlier, Publicis Sapient offers vast opportunity as well as an unbeatable workplace culture. Sometimes my work seems overwhelming, but as soon as I remember that I have no shortage of people to ask for help, it doesn’t seem like too much anymore. Especially at the beginning, when you are getting your bearings, asking for help from your coaches, people manager, and/or project managers will make the process go as smoothly as possible.
