Business Resource Groups for our UK Teams

Publicis Sapient Business Resource Groups (BRG) are employee-led global communities devoted to specific shared interests, indicatives, identities, allyship and demographic factors. Let us introduce you to some of our UK BRG chapters.

Mental Health and Well-being

Headline is our mental well-being BRG, with the aim of raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health topics.

“Headline was a huge part of my decision to join PS. In my previous job, I’d been shamed and eventually let go for taking stress leave during some traumatic life events. I’d lost confidence in my ability to take on full-time work. Knowing PS was an employer that invests in mental well-being made a huge difference.”

Two specific initiatives of Headline include monthly Mystery Lunches, where 20 pairs of people are matched across career stages and teams to have lunch together, and our Mental Health First Aiders, who are trained employee volunteers equipped and available to listen to anyone who may be struggling with their mental well-being.

LGBTQIA+ Community

A benefit of being a member of the Publicis Sapient community is the expanded network of Publicis Groupe. Many of our BRGs are chapters of Publicis Groupe communities, expanding the resources and connections offered to its members.

Égalité (French for Equality and pronounced eh-gah-lee-tay) is our BRG for LGBTQIA+ professionals and their allies, and one example of this global network with over 18 chapters. Our UK chapter of Égalité is focused on promoting equality in the workplace and supporting our LGBTQIA+ colleagues through advocacy, education, community outreach and business development.

Women at PS

Our UK chapter of Publicis Groupe’s VivaWomen! initiative brings together a network of women to promote positive change and support for women throughout the company. The group often works alongside our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to organize events, conversations and programming that address topics such as the pay gap, mentorship and how to advocate for one another.

Embrace

Embrace UK is our BRG for people of color (PoC) and their allies. The group is committed to supporting the unique issues and challenges facing PoC and fostering a more informed and inclusive community of allies. Along with planning internal opportunities for our community to come together, Embrace partners with organizations in the UK, such as Black&Brown Founders, on initiatives that serve the greater community, like CHROMA23 in support of Black and Latinx tech entrepreneurship.

We pride ourselves on being a global community of people who help one another thrive, at work and outside of work. Our BRGs help foster this and champion a strong culture of allyship and intersectionality, where our people are encouraged to not only be but also celebrate their true selves and the identities of the people they work with each day.
