Achieving work-life balance can be challenging, and balance looks different for each individual. Whether you’re a parent or a student, or wherever your passions lie outside of work, we support our teams in building well-rounded and happy lives.
Flexibility Isn’t a Fad
For us, flexibility was not just a temporary response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our approach to flexible work seeks to fill in the gaps left by conventional workplace structures for many groups and individuals, which have often fallen short in accommodating the needs of groups like working mothers and caregivers. With a strong emphasis on our female talent, we have thoughtfully designed our work environment to incorporate flexibility and support, ensuring that these individuals can thrive and excel in their careers.
We are continuously working to provide our people with more flexible and individualized working models, such as partial or full remote work options, part-time options and sabbatical leave. Our focus is always on the individual, and we strive to find the best solution for them. Thus, we offer our employees various additional special leave days and respond flexibly to vacation requests. During the pandemic, for example, we introduced additional special leave days to give our employees the chance to support sick family members and cope with the challenges of the crisis.
Your Family Comes First
Our commitment to work-life balance is reflected in our goal of retaining well-trained employees with families, enabling them to return confidently after parental leave.
