While starting a new job can be overwhelming, the first few months in a new organization are also the most critical to your integration and long-term success. We've designed an onboarding program to ensure that our new employees feel supported and welcomed from day one.
Onboarding and PS Start
Starting with our special welcome box filled with all the essentials our newcomers need to hit the ground running. New employees of all career stages are also required to attend our international Publicis Sapient (PS Start) program which is a 3-day program covering various areas and topics, such as our company history, core values and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. International internal speakers from a variety of disciplines lead the program, and attendees include new employees from across our capabilities to enable networking across teams.
In addition to our PS Start program, we've revamped our "buddy" program to support our new joiners during their first weeks. Our buddy program pairs new employees with established colleagues on a 1:1 basis. A buddy helps you navigate our systems and platforms, but more importantly, supports you in the small, sometimes stressful challenges of the early days of your new job. The buddy also helps to build networks and connections within the company, making the transition into our community less intimidating.

This 4-month program is designed to help our employees accelerate their ability to lead and execute Digital Business Transformation (DBT) curriculum focused on communication and influence, people and leadership and accelerating customer value. Each curriculum is designed to help our employees develop their skills so that they can excel in their roles and drive success for our clients.
