Creating Impact Through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

DEI initiatives in Publicis Sapient’s France office include both company- and employee-led programs focused on supporting diverse perspectives and experiences.

Our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) focuses on building an environment that celebrates and supports a blend of diverse perspectives created by differences in age, educational backgrounds, technical abilities, religious and political beliefs, socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientation, identity, social cultures, disabilities, languages and more. We accomplish this through promoting inclusive leadership, implementing inclusive practices and fostering an inclusive mindset.

Cultivating a culture with a diverse workforce enables us to empower our people to gain perspectives and bring their whole, authentic selves to work. Considering diverse perspectives helps employees to apply unique approaches to problems through a more comprehensive lens and address details that may otherwise go unnoticed. We believe that a diverse work environment—enabled by our inclusive leadership, mindset, policies and systems—is essential for our people to be able to thrive, have a sense of belonging and make a positive impact through their work As a result, our people take pride in their work and appreciate the value that they contribute toward enabling our clients' digital futures while making a positive impact on society as a whole.

Dedicated support programs in our France office

VivaWomen!: Publicis Groupe and Publicis Sapient have business resource groups (BRGs) that bring together communities and provide support through networking, programming and representation. VivaWomen! is our BRG that focuses on supporting women and facilitating their personal and professional development within the organization.

Egalite: Égalité is our BRG for LGBTQIA+ professionals and their allies. Learn more.

Mission Handicap: The goals of this BRG are to change unconscious and systematic thought patterns that associate disability with ‘incapability’ and to bridge the gap between disability and specific needs, socially responsible innovation and universal accessibility. The group aims to provide the tools to accurately and appropriately address workplace disability issues.

Working with Cancer: This initiative aims to improve the working conditions of our employees affected by cancer or long-term illness by creating an open, welcoming and supportive work environment that promotes their recovery and enables them to remain employed during this challenging time.

We Care—Harassment Training & Awareness: Publicis Sapient has many policies and procedures to prevent harassment in all its forms, including but not limited to moral harassment, sexual harassment, sexist behavior and sexual assault. Respect in human relationships is one of our values, and behavior that contradicts this value is not tolerated.
