I led our team of analysts in the measurement framework, benchmarking, and real-time reporting for the Maytag Pet Pro launch. This project allowed me to help grow the skills of some of our early career analysts, which was very rewarding to contribute towards. I’m very proud of this partnership and how our teams worked seamlessly together for a successful launch.

The Problem
As Maytag prepared to launch the Pet Pro System to combat pet hair issues, the challenge was clear: they needed to boost product awareness, build market anticipation and increase sales. Together, we set out to better understand customers’ needs and preferences before crafting a comprehensive data strategy that would deliver truly personalized experiences and in-depth campaign performance analysis.

The Solution
After collaborating closely with Maytag Brand’s leadership team through a series of workshops, we teamed up to develop a plan that covered data capture, SEO best practices and a holistic roadmap for informed decisions. Together, we implemented new data strategies and a real-time dashboard to track customer engagement throughout the Pet Pro System activation.

The Impact
Now that the Maytag team has a new strategy and platform, they can closely monitor the entire customer journey for the Pet Pro System launch, all while getting a holistic business view with real-time insights. Understanding and adapting to their customer needs has enabled Maytag to boost product awareness, customer engagement and digital sales—all while keeping pet hair at bay.
Our team's agility in adapting to client needs and crafting efficient action plans gave me invaluable experience in client communication and data-driven storytelling and enhanced my technical background. This project not only grew me as a leader but also fueled my passion for problem-solving.
