The Problem
Sonepar's operating companies were working in silos instead of sharing strategies and assets, resulting in a lack of efficiency and often duplicative work. To their customers, they were presenting a disjointed brand. They needed help improving their omnichannel experience, unifying platforms and building stronger customer relationships.

We combined our digital expertise with Sonepar’s industry knowledge and market presence to launch Spark—an innovative digital platform built for seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing. Spark is designed to grow alongside the electrical industry, handling more data, meeting more customer demands and adapting to evolving business needs. The platform aggregates and analyzes mass amounts of data to deliver actionable insights that give Sonepar employees and customers a smoother, more personalized experience that makes their jobs easier.

Sonepar continues its exceptional customer focus by delivering a seamless omnichannel experience across the entire customer journey. Spark incorporates cutting-edge engineering, extensive automation and best-in-class security, which has significantly enhanced supply chain efficiency. Internally, Spark has instilled a culture of adaptability, enabling innovation and collaboration for employees.
I love that being a product manager allows me to collaborate with people across the globe. Our team worked with Sonepar to build strong relationships, cultivate trust and deliver results. This project broadened my horizons both personally and professionally—it was the ideal opportunity to make an impact while learning.
