Director Solutions Architect, Salesforce
Job Description
As a Director, Salesforce Solution, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping Salesforce solution delivery across enterprise-level programs in the ANZ region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, translating their most complex business challenges into scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions that align with both immediate objectives and long-term strategy.
You will lead cross-functional architecture teams across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data, and Industry Clouds) and integrations, while contributing to thought leadership, practice development, and enterprise solution design standards.

Your Impact
- Define end-to-end solution architectures that align with business goals, technical landscapes, and enterprise architecture strategies including RFP responses.
- Drive architecture decisions that balance business needs, technical feasibility, scalability, and cost.
- Shape multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, including considerations for data governance, compliance, performance, and user experience.
- Act as the solution owner across the project lifecycle, from discovery and blueprinting through implementation and stabilization.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital or Customer Experience.
- Lead discovery, solution envisioning, and roadmap definition workshops.
- Translate business requirements into architecture blueprints and solution roadmaps.
- Present and defend architectural decisions to both business and technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with Salesforce Solution Engineers, Industry Architects, and Account Teams.
- Stay closely aligned with Salesforce product roadmaps and co-innovation initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the Salesforce ecosystem and client delivery teams to maximize value and accelerate innovation.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep expertise in designing and delivering complex Salesforce multi-cloud solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Industry Solutions, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience designing solutions that leverage Salesforce AI capabilities such as OmniStudio, and Agentforce
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture and PreSales
- Demonstrated leadership across discovery, design, governance, and delivery phases of Salesforce programs
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs, data migration strategies, and integration architectures
- Proven working knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and identity management principles within Salesforce
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to lead workshops, C-level presentations, and architecture boards
- Proven ability to engage with Salesforce teams (Solution Engineers, Account Execs, Product Managers) to drive alignment and strategic outcomes
