
Job Description
Overview: This is a short term contract role (2-3 months) and we’re seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Manager or Director of Technology to lead MarTech solutioning initiatives across enterprise clients. This role demands deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and Adobe Workfront, with a strong focus on architecture and design, stakeholder engagement, client communication, pre-sales, with a proven track record of delivering scalable digital marketing solutions across global clients. Experience in Financial Services (FSI) is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end MarTech solutioning for enterprise clients.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to clients, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams.
- Provide strategic consultancy on digital transformation, marketing automation, and content operations.
- Oversee technical delivery, architecture reviews, and quality assurance for MarTech implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and Adobe product updates to drive client strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Bring at least 5 years of technology consulting experience leading complex MarTech solutioning engagements with enterprise clients.
- Proven understanding of MarTech ecosystems, digital asset management, and workflow automation.
- Proven hands on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud especially Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles, ideally within a business services or agency environment.
- Familiarity with Financial Services Industry (FSI) processes and compliance is a plus.
