For the past seven years, Publicis Sapient has helped me to be brave and grow my skillset. I’ve worked my way up to play many different roles within my team, and love how I’m able to thrive on a team who successfully delivers work to a diverse mix of clients.
It’s great to be part of an employee-oriented, inclusive company: we get to work on new technology and continue to learn. Publicis Sapient doesn’t just “throw you in.” There is always someone I can lean on who knows the technology. Sometimes, we’ll have our partners come in and conduct onsite training. Other times, we do knowledge transfer and training within the team. You are never left without a paddle and you are appreciated for all that you bring to the team.
My life outside work is crazy – I’m a mother of a toddler. If I had to name my super power, it’s that I am a problem solver. Generally speaking, you can use that as another job title for me. I take after my mom. She built diesel engines for a living. She was responsible for making sure the line of robots stayed running. She was always fixing and taking engines apart. We are very similar. I also am a Muslim woman who wears a headscarf, and I’m accepted as me, as the whole me.
