How I started my career in tech
I am originally from India and have always been interested in innovation, computers, and technology. I was fortunate to attend one of the best engineering schools in my state, which laid the foundation for my career as a passionate technologist. I still remember that we had a computer science class that always started with “Write an algorithm for…” This exposure to different coding languages made it possible for me to tackle complex technical challenges even at the early stages of my career. Through my experiences, I have been able to master each challenge in my career with hard work and determination.
What drives my work
I am a hard-core techie who is very into coding. Solving problems that others find difficult challenges me and makes me feel good at the end of the day. Currently, I work as a Cloud professional and develop various tools on Cloud that can accelerate global business growth for our clients. I am passionate about helping clients design web solutions in a rapidly changing, tech-driven world. I have always been impressed by the strong technical & collaborative strength within Publicis Sapient. We all actively participate in knowledge sharing within different domains and this plays a major role in our global delivery model.
Supportive leadership and creating a new home
Along with active communication, the well-being of each employee is a priority for Publicis Sapient. The leadership team understood my desire to travel the world and gave me an opportunity I could not pass up. With their trust and confidence, I moved to the Nordics to experience life on the other side of the globe. Initially, I thought it would be difficult to adjust but my colleagues at the Malmö office warmly welcomed me and have always offered a helping hand. The Nordics team is like a family and there are always opportunities to grow and succeed.
