Coming from large and established organizations (like IBM, Deloitte and Accenture), I came to Publicis Sapient looking for a new type of challenge. An opportunity that would allow me to lead change and make a true impact on the organization’s future and on that of the industry. One that would not only shape and redefine the digital transformation opportunity but also the way technology and design are combined to solve problems, drive value and create meaningful experiences for all people.
For my year ahead, I am looking forward to continue working with this amazing group of people I call family to push our thinking and do impactful work—work that will have true value on driving growth for our organization as well as for that of our clients and partners. Because one of the important things I learned in my one year at Publicis Sapient is that passion and commitment always trump size.

My Year at Publicis Sapient
May 2018 marks a year since I joined Publicis Sapient as Global CMO. I am glad to have made the decision to join this company at such an important junction where I can make an impact that lasts—an impact that contributes to our brave pursuit of helping our clients reinvent their business and become relevant in the digital age.
Since I joined, I have had a fantastic journey full of excitement, valuable learning moments and incredible accomplishments. I have had the chance to work with the best talent in the industry creating some of the most fulfilling work in my career. In one year, we launched a new brand—merging more than 10 brands—and introduced a new strategy. We did this all while undergoing a change in leadership when Nigel Vaz became our global CEO. I am very proud of everything we achieved together in such a short time and most importantly I am excited for what lies ahead of us.
