My journey to become a Consultant

Meghan shares her experience and growth in our Early Careers program as she took on a role as a full-time Consultant

I had my eye on Publicis Sapient for a couple of years before starting my career journey. Through a family friend, I had heard about exciting projects going on within the company and it piqued my interest. I have always been fascinated with digital transformation and was impressed by what Publicis Sapient offers clients in the DBT space. After doing my research on digital transformation companies, I knew that I had to apply to the Early Careers Program at Publicis Sapient. It felt like a program where I could utilize my strategic side and my passion for creativity as well. I was ecstatic to accept an offer as a Junior Associate in our Strategy & Consulting and Digital Project Management practice.

The summer after I graduated from college, I started my journey in the Early Careers Program. For the first two weeks of the program, the other new hires and I were flown out to Chicago for introductions and training. I enjoyed learning about the business and meeting peers from around the country. We continue to meet up once a month and I value these friendships I have created at the beginning of my professional career. I am thankful to be apart of a community of people that I can rely on within the company, and for close connections from around the world.

Publicis Sapient has transformed me professionally in a variety of ways. Through daily connections with my co-workers from around the world, I’ve opened my mind to endless possibilities in the digital space. It’s fascinating to hear the work being accomplished by my colleagues.

Following orientation, I headed home to put what I had learned into action. From new friends to a better understanding of my role and tools to thrive, I felt confident in my abilities coming back to our Cleveland office.

Publicis Sapient has transformed me professionally in a variety of ways. Through daily connections with my co-workers from around the world, I’ve opened my mind to endless possibilities in the digital space. It’s fascinating to hear the work being accomplished by my colleagues. Additionally, I love that I get to have a job where my passions for the digital world come to life every day through the projects I manage.

I’m excited for what is next in my career at Publicis Sapient and the opportunities to grow professionally. I am thankful for the foundation of friends and colleagues that I’ve made so far and I cannot wait for the connections that I will continue to make globally as I continue to develop my career.
