Job Description
- As an Agile Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving delivery excellence across complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
- This position blends the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and a Program Manager, ensuring agile teams operate effectively while proactively managing cross-team dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and delivery outcomes.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, client partners, and external vendors to coordinate execution and enable predictable delivery in fast-paced environments.

Your Impact
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive program execution across multiple teams and workstreams while ensuring alignment to business objectives.
- Identify, manage, track, and communicate cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies.
- Establish and maintain program governance practices, delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting mechanisms.
- Proactively identify risks and impediments, coordinate mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architects, Engineering teams, and Vendors to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Enable transparency through regular stakeholder communications, executive status reporting, and delivery dashboards.
- Utilize Jira and Agile management tools to monitor progress, track metrics, and maintain delivery visibility.
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities across teams and programs.
- Support release planning, roadmap alignment, milestone tracking, and execution management.
- Facilitate collaboration among business, technology, and vendor teams to achieve shared goals and successful outcomes.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile delivery practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and Agile planning/reporting tools.
- Demonstrated experience working in complex multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven experience managing inter-team dependencies and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Strong risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation capabilities.
- Experience preparing and presenting executive-level status reports and program updates.
- Ability to work effectively across business, technology, product, and vendor organizations.
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving alignment across diverse groups.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery metrics, forecasting, capacity planning, and release management.
- Ability to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Set Yourself Apart With
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Certification(s) such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
- Experience coordinating globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Exposure to enterprise technology implementations, cloud transformation, data, AI, or digital product delivery initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with experience using dashboards and delivery metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive collaboration, transparent communication, and stakeholder alignment.
