Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / Product Owner to support an initiative focused on integrating AI into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

This role bridges business and technology, helping design a scalable, AI-enabled framework that improves efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current SDLC, product discovery, and delivery processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Support the design and rollout of an AI-enabled SDLC framework.
  • Define business and functional scope for AI-supported activities (requirements, user stories, feasibility, prioritization).
  • Create and maintain key documentation: BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define outputs, quality standards, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear, delivery-ready requirements.
  • Support prioritization based on value, risk, dependencies, and cost of delay.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement.
  • Work with engineering and AI teams to validate AI-driven outputs and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software delivery.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, backlog management, and requirements lifecycle.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, tech, QA, security, compliance).
  • Ability to analyze processes and drive structured improvements.
  • Experience writing requirements, user stories, and functional documentation.
  • Good understanding of prioritization, feasibility, and value/risk assessment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with regulated environments (GDPR, security, compliance) is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI, GenAI tools, or automation is highly desirable.

  • Agile / Scrum practices
  • Business analysis & product ownership methodologies
  • Backlog management & requirements traceability
  • User stories & acceptance criteria
  • Process mapping & workflow design
  • Basic understanding of AI-assisted workflows or tools
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and validation flows
