Job Description
Senior Associate Digital Operations & Process Transformation
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, with a strong focus on operational transformation, process enablement, and tooling‑led efficiency, within complex, international project environments.
This role is designed for professionals who want to grow as problem solvers and trusted advisors, working on large‑scale, multi‑market Digital ops programs involving multiple stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and heterogeneous technology stacks. You will contribute to shaping future‑ready Digital operating models, helping organizations scale market coordination and campaign management activities through standardization, automation, and smart tooling.
This role is based in our Milan office with a hybrid work model (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).
Your Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play an active role in international operations transformation initiatives, supporting complex delivery programs characterized by multiple stakeholders, distributed teams, and layered governance models.
Contribute to Dig Operational Transformation
- Support the analysis of current‑state CRM and campaign management processes across markets, brands, and organizational units, identifying inefficiencies, manual activities, and operational risks.
- Contribute to the design of future‑state operational models suited for international, multi‑stakeholder contexts, ensuring scalability, consistency, and governance.
- Help structure and simplify complexity, translating diverse operational needs into coherent and actionable transformation initiatives.
Support Tooling & Enablement Initiatives
- Contribute to the design and rollout of Dig operations tools supporting complex delivery environments (e.g. multi‑market campaign setup, shared content operations, QA frameworks, reporting and planning).
- Support the translation of operational requirements from multiple stakeholders into clear, structured tooling specifications.
- Participate in MVP development, testing, and adoption across international teams, ensuring tools are robust, intuitive, and scalable.
Operate Across Business, Operations & Technology
- Work closely with consulting managers, client leads, operations teams, and technical stakeholders across different countries and functions.
- Support the integration of tools within heterogeneous CRM and campaign management ecosystems, ensuring alignment with local and central processes.
- Contribute to the evolution of campaign factories, shared service models, and international delivery hubs.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Interact with a wide range of stakeholders (CRM, Marketing Operations, Digital, IT), supporting workshops, process assessments, and solution design in complex governance environments.
- Contribute to the preparation of structured materials to support decision‑making across senior and operational stakeholders.
- Support value discussions by helping articulate efficiency gains, delivery improvements, and scalability benefits in multi‑market contexts.
Requested Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital, CRM, or Marketing Operations program / project management, preferably within complex delivery environments.
- Prior experience in a consulting or agency environment, with exposure to client‑facing roles and the ability to work across clients, internal teams, and internationally distributed delivery units.
- Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written), required to operate effectively in international, multi‑market projects.
- Proven experience working in international contexts, collaborating with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Preferred: Solid knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM ecosystems, with the ability to navigate operational processes across campaign management, execution, and reporting.
Additional Information
- An inclusive workplace that promotes diversity and collaboration.
- Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
- Flexibility to support work-life balance.
- Comprehensive health benefits for you and your family.
- Generous paid leave and holidays.
- Wellness program and employee assistance.
