Senior Power BI Developer

As a Senior Power BI Developer at Publicis Sapient, you will be part of our Data & Insights team, transforming business requirements into interactive and insightful dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. You will design and develop Power BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, visualization best practices, and seamless integration with client systems. With a focus on delivering business value, you will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders in building what matters.

Your Impact

• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and BI solutions using Power BI.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and optimize DAX queries, measures, and data models for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity by performing validation and troubleshooting across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate Power BI with data pipelines and enterprise systems.
• Apply visualization best practices to improve usability and user experience for business users.
• Support end-users with training and documentation to drive BI adoption.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics roles with strong expertise in Power BI.
• Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts, including relationships and calculated columns.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and transforming data from relational databases.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration processes.
• Experience with performance optimization in Power BI reports and security setups (row-level security).
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
