[Contracting] Senior CRM Strategist
Job Description
This role sits within a consultative delivery model, working closely with senior CRM leads, technical teams, and global stakeholders.
Your Impact
- Support the assessment and optimization of existing CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze).
- Design and refine lifecycle frameworks (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation).
- Execute and optimize CRM journeys across channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Support data hygiene, segmentation logic, and campaign QA.
- Collaborate with designers, email developers, and senior CRM strategists to deliver high‑quality CRM outputs.
- Contribute to test‑and‑learn initiatives (A/B testing, experimentation frameworks).
- Support multi‑market CRM execution while respecting local regulatory nuances
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
- Experience working with CRM / Marketing Automation platforms such as: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Optimove, HubSpot, and Adobe Campaign.
- Strong understanding of:
- Lifecycle marketing principles
- Segmentation and personalization
- Campaign execution and QA
- Comfortable working with data concepts (attributes, events, basic SQL or segmentation logic).
- Experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams (CRM, design, tech, analytics).
- Ability to clearly explain CRM logic and campaign decisions
- Advance English
