Senior AI Engineer (Copilot Studio)

• We are seeking Copilot Engineers with hands-on experience building AI agents that solve real business problems.
• In this role, you will design, build, and evolve Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio–based agents, integrating them into enterprise systems and workflows.
• You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver responsible, scalable AI solutions that drive measurable impact.

Your Impact

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio for real-world enterprise use cases.
• Translate business requirements into agent workflows, conversation logic, and integrations.
• Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and business workflows across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Continuously improve agent performance through testing, iteration, and user feedback.
• Apply governance, security, and Responsible AI principles throughout the agent lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in development.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of agent workflow design, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Proven ability to integrate agents with APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of testing strategies, monitoring, and iterative improvement for AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of AI governance, security, and Responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
