Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Investment Compliance Platform Support Engineer to support a Tier 1 Guideline Monitoring platform used across global asset management portfolios. This role operates in a high-availability production environment, closely integrated with Order Management Systems, and is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and resolving compliance breaches that are critical to regulatory and client-mandate adherence.

The position sits at the intersection of technology, investment operations, and compliance, requiring strong SQL skills, deep asset management domain knowledge, and confident stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Proven experience providing production support for Tier 1 applications within Asset Management or Capital Markets.
Strong hands-on SQL expertise for production-grade querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of investment compliance and guideline monitoring, including pre-trade and post-trade concepts.
Experience working directly with business users, compliance teams, and senior stakeholders.
Exposure to follow-the-sun support models, including weekend or off-hours coverage.
Python experience with interest or exposure to AI-native workflows.
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, regulated production environments

Set Yourself Apart With

Hands-on experience with investment compliance platforms such as Latent Zero Compliance, Charles River (CRD), or equivalent.
Experience supporting or integrating Order Management Systems (OMS) in a compliance context.
Prior involvement in guideline rule coding, testing, or breach monitoring activities.
Experience applying AI tools to automate support, analysis, or operational workflows.
Strong financial services domain depth with real-world production exposure.
