Job Description
As a Senior Associate Technology – Endur L2 Support, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for Endur applications within the energy and commodities trading domain. You will work closely with business users, production support teams, and technology stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues, ensure platform stability, monitor application performance, and support day-to-day trading operations.
- Provides Level 2 functional and technical support for Endur, ensuring stable day-to-day trading operations, accurate P&L, and smooth EOD processing..
- Investigate and resolve Endur incidents across FO, MO, BO and Logistics; perform EOD monitoring and health checks; analyse recurring issues and drive permanent fixes; support UAT and regression testing; maintain SOPs and knowledge articles; act as SME for business users.
- The role requires strong Endur expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage incidents, service requests, and system enhancements while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on Endur implementation and support.
- Exposure to Endur configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with Endur scripting, SQL, and database management.
- Strong understanding of energy and commodities trading, including risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Endur certification or other relevant industry certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based Endur solutions and modernizing legacy systems.
- Knowledge of Python, Java, or other programming languages for Endur customization.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools for trading insights.
