Job Description

  • The Studio Operations Manager is a senior delivery role responsible for orchestrating how work flows through a multi‑disciplinary Studio supporting three brands.
  • This role owns studio operations end to end, including traffic management, capacity and bandwidth planning, work distribution, prioritization, and delivery governance across Creative Design, Art Direction, Motion, Retouching, UX/UI, Customer Experience & Innovation Consulting, and CRM.
  • Operating at a Senior Associate to Manager level, this individual is the single point of truth for what the Studio can deliver, ensuring the right work is assigned to the right people at the right time, without compromising quality.
  • The Studio Operations Manager partners closely with creative, experience, and client stakeholders to translate priorities into executable plans, proactively managing constraints, dependencies, and risks.
  • This role is critical to protecting both delivery excellence and team sustainability, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to fast‑paced, multi‑brand environments.

Your Impact

 
  • Own and manage Studio capacity planning and bandwidth forecasting across all disciplines and brands.
  • Maintain a real‑time, accurate view of team availability, utilization, skill mix, and workload.
  • Translate brand priorities and delivery timelines into clear, realistic work allocation plans.
  • Ensure work is distributed based on capacity, capability fit, and priority, not just urgency.
  • Drive traffic management and scheduling, balancing multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify capacity constraints, delivery risks, and dependency conflicts, and lead resolution.
  • Partner with Creative, UX/UI, Motion, CX, Innovation, and CRM leads to align on scope, expectations, and delivery standards.
  • Ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time, on scope, and at the expected level of quality.
  • Facilitate clear, proactive communication across teams and stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and changes.
  • Adapt delivery plans quickly in response to shifting priorities while maintaining structure and control.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Studio workflows, tools, and operational best practices.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in studio operations, traffic management, project management, or delivery roles within a creative, digital, or experience‑led environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of capacity planning, bandwidth management, and work allocation for multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Experience managing work across Creative Design, Art Direction, Motion, Retouching, UX/UI, CX & Innovation Consulting, and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end creative and experience workflows, from intake through delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and parallel workstreams in fast‑paced environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • 100% bilingual (English and Spanish) with professional fluency in both languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using project, workflow, and resource management tools to drive visibility and accountability.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and resilience under changing priorities and pressure.
