Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

 

Product Vision & Roadmap

  • Define and evolve the end-to-end product suite (E2E CC, E2E GSF, Weekly Reporting etc.) vision and roadmap for the dashboard ecosystem.
  • Ensure all dashboard products are aligned to business priorities and are delivering measurable value, inclusive of “benchmarking” comparisons.
  • Incorporate Groupe and CLIENT user feedback, business needs, and cross-team inputs into the centralized roadmap.
  • Present product updates and increments regularly to CLIENT and Groupe stakeholders and business sponsors, maintaining their high level of engagement and excitement with the products.
  • Support Growth OS (GOS) adoption by identifying, developing and promoting Data Products which Groupe and/or CLIENT stakeholders will love for their contribution to business value (top line growth and profitability increases for Groupe and CLIENT), ease of use, great experience, such that they will make them part of their day to day routines and act as ambassadors to exponentiate Growth OS adoption.

 

Requirements & Shaping

  • Define detailed product requirements / epics / features / stories based on input from business stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Drive the product shaping process with CLIENT and Groupe teams, translating business concepts into actionable backlog items.
  • Ensure every product initiative has a clear, documented product blueprint (summary, user groups, use cases, business benefit, UX approach, integration approach, roadmap, dependencies etc.).

 

Planning & Prioritization

  • Set and communicate development priorities across all dashboards in scope of the role.
  • Proactively align with other D&T Product Owners to jointly align roadmaps, jointly agree on transversal prioritization based on maximizing early value delivery for CLIENT and Groupe.
  • Collaborate with the RTE and Proxy Product Owner to manage dependencies, support cross-stream coordination.
  • Define specific business needs linked to each dependency, enabling smoother planning and resolution.

 

Design & User Experience

  • Liaise with UI/UX leads to shape intuitive, effective dashboard experiences.
  • Ensure a consistent user journey across dashboards by collaborating early in the design process.
  • Create and maintain standardized product blueprints and documentation for all dashboards.

QA & Testing Strategy

  • Define the product-level QA and testing strategy, ensuring alignment with development timelines and business expectations.
  • Ensure testing processes meet both functional and user experience standards.

 

Technical Alignment & Governance

  • Collaborate with the E2E Architecture Lead to ensure the roadmap is technically feasible and aligned with platform and infrastructure requirements.
  • Collaborate with D&T Change Management / Collective PMO teams on the creation and deployment of highly engaging training content.

 

Team Management & Standards

  • Define and communicate R&Rs for any subordinate roles (e.g., Junior Product Owners or Business Analysts).
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members based on their R&Rs.
  • Ensure product documentation and governance standards are upheld across the ecosystem.
  • Ensure consistent adoption and disciplined use of Growth OS (GOS); reinforce the “GOS first” principle in all delivery contexts, including within local digital analytics teams.

 

Not in Scope

  • Hands-on dashboard development or engineering execution.
  • Sole ownership of infrastructure or tooling architecture.
  • Ownership of release management (coordinated with RTE or delivery leads).
