Adobe Experience Platform Architect/Technical Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect/ Technical Lead. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise architecture, and marketing technology (Martech). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive impactful decisions, shape long-term architectural vision, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Strong technical depth across AEP core components, including:

  • XDM schema design

  • Dataset creation and management

  • Identity resolution and identity graphs

  • Real-Time Customer Profile

  • Data ingestion and activation patterns

• Experience designing and implementing customer, event, and profile-centric data models.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end CDP architectures and customer data flows.

• Ability to work across multiple data sources and integrate them into AEP.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound architectural and implementation decisions.

• Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex data ecosystems.

• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Experience with other CDPs or customer data platforms beyond Adobe.

• Background in data engineering, martech, or customer analytics initiatives.

• Experience acting as a technical lead or owning delivery workstreams within large-scale implementations.

Contract modality: This position is full time and open for contractor modality in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. The contract is for 8 months with high possibility of extension.
