Summary

Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of software implementation and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful deployment, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. The role covers full lifecycle delivery including planning, vendor management, system implementation, testing, deployment, and governance across large-scale transformation initiatives.

This role involves managing complex software and infrastructure implementation projects across business and IT functions. The Project Manager will ensure alignment between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams while driving delivery excellence, risk management, and user adoption. The role also includes managing large infrastructure initiatives such as DC relocation and production line setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery
• Develop project plans, timelines, and scope
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate with business, IT, data, and vendors
• Oversee system implementation (ERP, MES, CRM, etc.)
• Manage testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live
• Ensure governance, reporting, and compliance
• Handle budget and resource planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in infrastructure/project management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise systems
• 7–12 years of experience

• Knowledge of MES/ERP/CRM systems
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Hybrid Work - 4 days work from the office

Office Location - Bangkok & Lampoon, Thailand 

Contract duration - 15 months

Spoken Languages - Native Thai and Professional English
