Senior Associate Technical Agile Program Manager
As a Senior Associate Technical Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact digital solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Your Impact
- Lead Agile delivery efforts, ensuring successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define and prioritize product backlogs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and report key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile delivery, optimizing value delivery and time-to-market.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives by coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Provide project management and oversight for technical projects (e.g., upgrades, infrastructure migrations, major architectural changes)
- Partner with engineering leads to define tasks and dependencies
- Decompose high level technical requirements to detailed stories that the team can execute
- Oversee the work of small to medium-sized teams
- Use technical knowledge to proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies
- Coordinate activities with other client technical teams when required
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience leading Agile teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement within teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP are a plus.
