Senior Associate Technical Agile Program Manager

As a Senior Associate Technical Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact digital solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your Impact

  • Lead Agile delivery efforts, ensuring successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define and prioritize product backlogs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile delivery, optimizing value delivery and time-to-market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives by coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
  • Provide project management and oversight for technical projects (e.g., upgrades, infrastructure migrations, major architectural changes)
  • Partner with engineering leads to define tasks and dependencies
  • Decompose high level technical requirements to detailed stories that the team can execute
  • Oversee the work of small to medium-sized teams
  • Use technical knowledge to proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies
  • Coordinate activities with other client technical teams when required
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Experience leading Agile teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP are a plus.
