Senior Motion Designer (Contactor) - 1 Month

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Motion Designer/Editor to join our growing creative team. This role will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and cohesive content that elevates the brand’s storytelling. This role requires an expert eye in detail, animating and editing, working with predominantly 2D assets.  

You’ll collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to craft stunning visuals across campaigns, digital platforms, and multimedia projects. The ideal candidate blends technical proficiency, creativity, and brand awareness to produce work that is engaging, filmic and polished. 

Skills & Experience 

• 4+ years of experience in animation, motion graphics (agency or studio environment preferred). 

• Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content. 

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for colour, lighting, and composition. 

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling in linear narratives. 

• Knowledge of video formats and optimisation for web and mobile. 

• Experience managing multiple creative projects and meeting tight deadlines. 

• Excellent communication (English fluency required) and collaboration skills. 

• A proactive, self-driven attitude with a problem-solving mindset.  

Software Proficiency 

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere and basic audio editing.   

• Familiar with Figma and the ability to extract visual assets from Figma. 

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or similar 3D programs is not required, but greatly advantageous.  

Additional Expertise 

• Understanding of digital and social media formats and best practices. 

• Ability to work with and/or create 3D assets and develop storyboards are a huge advantage.  

• Audio editing and colour correction & grading abilities are also highly preferred.
