Associate AI Engineer

Your Impact

• Develop and maintain backend components for AI-driven applications using Python
• Implement and integrate LLM-based workflows (prompting, chains, agents, evaluations) using LangChain
• Support experimentation, testing, and observability of LLM applications using LangSmith
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, App Services)
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions
• Help troubleshoot issues related to model behavior, performance, and integrations
• Learn and apply responsible AI practices, including basic evaluation, monitoring, and cost-awareness

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python for backend or data-driven applications
• Practical exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) through projects, coursework, or professional experience
• Experience using or experimenting with LangChain for building LLM workflows
• Familiarity with LangSmith or similar tools for debugging, testing, or observing LLM applications
• Basic experience with Microsoft Azure, especially deploying or consuming cloud-based services
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and basic software engineering concepts
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and learn from feedback
• Comfortable communicating technical ideas in English (written and verbal)

• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines or basic DevOps practices
