Specialist Platform

As a Specialist Platform (Manager, .NET), you will lead and manage .NET-based engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions. You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business value through .NET-based platforms.

Your Impact

  • Lead and manage .NET engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Define and implement .NET best practices, architecture, and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of .NET-based applications.
  • Drive automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest .NET trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing .NET engineering teams.
  • Expertise in designing and developing scalable, high-performance .NET applications.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong focus on delivering business value.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
