Business Analyst Supply & Distribution
Job Description
The Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive the successful delivery of data products, dashboards, and self‑service datasets. The role focuses on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance domains, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into high‑quality, data‑driven analytics solutions. This position requires close collaboration with Data Analysts, SAP Business Analysts, and Analytical Engineers, with a strong emphasis on data availability, usability, and business impact.
The Business Analyst will bridge business and technical teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance functions. The role involves eliciting and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring data readiness, and supporting the design, development, and validation of dashboards and self‑service datasets. This is an on-site role based at the Thailand Manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to understand requirements, define business value, and identify the data needed for dashboards and self‑service datasets.
- Requirement Prioritization: Prioritize business requirements and dashboard features to ensure maximum business impact and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure Data Availability & Quality: Partner with Data Analysts and SAP Business Analysts to identify required data fields, validate data sources (particularly SAP S/4HANA), and ensure high data quality and availability for reporting.
- Design & User Experience: Design professional dashboard mock‑ups and wireframes, focusing on intuitive, user‑friendly UX/UI and ease of use.
- Solution Development & Delivery: Work closely with Analytical Engineers to support the development, testing, and deployment of high‑value dashboards and self‑service datasets
- Testing & Validation: Define comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet all specified business requirements.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Manufacturing industry
- Strong exposure to Supply Chain and Finance domains
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA master and transactional data
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work onsite at the Thailand manufacturing facility

- Experience creating requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications
- Experience coordinating UAT and defining test cases
- Proficiency in Thai and English communication
Good to Have Skills
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA data models
- Experience designing dashboard mock‑ups and wireframes
- Exposure to self‑service analytics platforms
- Prior onsite manufacturing facility experience
Hybrid work - 4 days a week work from the office
