Senior Associate Technology L1

As a Senior Associate Technology L1 specializing in ReactJS, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging user experiences and ensure seamless integration of front-end components with back-end services.

Your Impact

• Design and develop responsive web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ReactJS applications.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data fetching.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
