Lead Data Engineer

Tremend is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. Overview:

• Lead Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in modern data platforms and cloud-native development.
• The role requires deep technical expertise, the ability to work across large-scale data systems, and comfort operating in a cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Snowflake and big data platforms in general
• Solid understanding of AI/ML models and their practical application
• Strong cloud experience, ideally on GCP; extensive experience with Azure or AWS is also highly valued due to platform similarities
• Experience using Terraform and deploying solutions to the cloud using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Strong programming skills with Python as the preferred language; Java is also acceptable
