Job Description

Summary

The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating material master data in AX12, ensuring data quality and supporting manufacturing, procurement, and product development functions. The role focuses on managing and maintaining high-quality master data. The specialist will ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards while supporting business operations across the supply chain and product development.

- Create and maintain material master data in ERP systems

- Process data creation/change requests

- Perform validation and quality checks

- Resolve data-related issues

- Ensure compliance with governance policies

- Maintain documentation and audit trails

Must Have Skills

- Experience in Master Data Management

- Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or SAP

- Strong data accuracy and validation skills

Good to Have Skills

- Manufacturing or procurement domain experience

- Knowledge of data governance practices

- Exposure to supply chain planning

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field

- 1–3 years in Master Data / ERP support

- Experience with AX12 and/or SAP S/4HANA

- Manufacturing/procurement experience preferred

Hybrid Work - 4 days a week work from the office

Office Location - 88 Sukhabhibal 2, Soi 31, Dokmai, Praves, Bangkok, Thailand

Careers Stage - Associate L2

Contract Duration - 12 months

Spoken Languages - Thai Native speaker and Professional English Speaker
