People Operations Intern

The People Operations Intern will support the operations for the Engineering and Product Internship program, summer recruitment efforts, and also own a research project that will focus within the Early Careers space.  

This role goes beyond event coordination; you will assist in managing operational workflows, timelines, communications, and cross-team deliverables that ensure a seamless experience for the Engineering and Product interns across the full 10-week program lifecycle. 

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to program management, talent operations, and early-career strategy within an AI driven, digital consulting environment. 

The Pay Range for this position is $25-$28 per hour.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate Student working towards a master s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Economics, Business, Marketing, or other related degree  

• Great written and verbal communication skills  

• Experience in project management/event management and/or strong project management and operational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives  

• Available to work 40 hours per week in office  

• Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks  

• Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative and showcase curiosity, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment  

• Experience and proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Previous work experience, clubs, volunteerism or internships is a plus
