Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating infrastructure-related deliveries across two major initiatives: Distribution Center relocation and new production line installations, ensuring alignment with business, construction, and technology teams.

This role involves end-to-end project management of infrastructure initiatives, including warehouse relocation and production line expansion in Thailand. The candidate will coordinate across internal D&T teams, external vendors, and construction teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery. The position requires strong dependency management and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage infrastructure delivery for DC relocation and production line setup 

- Coordinate network, workplace, and infrastructure activities 

- Manage internal D&T teams and external sub-suppliers 

- Align with construction teams 

- Track dependencies across data and application teams 

- Ensure timely execution and achieve delivery milestones

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 

- Proven experience in infrastructure/project management 

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors 

- 5–10 years of experience

- Exposure to construction project coordination 

Hybrid Work - 4 days work from the office

Office Location - Bangkok & Lampoon, Thailand 

Contract duration - 15 months

Spoken Languages - Native Thai and Professional English
