Senior Manager, Engineering

Role Summary
Senior engineering leader accountable for delivering scalable, high‑performance Retail eCommerce platforms across the Nordics. Owns delivery, architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, with a strong focus on AI‑enabled engineering practices.

Must‑Have Experience

• Senior Engineering Manager experience within Retail eCommerce environments.
• Strong background in modern, cloud‑native engineering architectures.
• Proven leadership of multiple squads in complex Agile delivery setups.
• Exceptional written and verbal stakeholder communication skills.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools in engineering workflows.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing engineering teams.

And an ideal candidate must have experimental nature, hands-on prototyping, leading the engineering team by examples not as a consultant but engineering demonstration.
