Senior Manager, Engineering

Senior engineering leader accountable for delivering scalable, high‑performance Retail eCommerce platforms across the Nordics. Owns delivery, architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, with a strong focus on AI‑enabled engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end engineering delivery for Retail / Omnichannel platforms (web, mobile, APIs, integrations).
  Ensure platforms meet high standards of scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
  Partner with Product, Experience, Data, and business stakeholders to translate outcomes into delivery roadmaps.
  Provide clear, confident senior‑level communication to clients and leadership.
• Lead and grow engineering leadership and teams; set standards for quality and execution. Leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity and quality, with strong governance and validation.

• Senior Engineering Manager experience within Retail eCommerce environments.
• Strong background in modern, cloud‑native engineering architectures.
• Proven leadership of multiple squads in complex Agile delivery setups.
• Exceptional written and verbal stakeholder communication skills.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools in engineering workflows.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing engineering teams.
