Job Description

Your Impact

As a Senior ETL Developer, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving enterprise data pipelines within a regulated, data-intensive environment.

 

You will work across both project delivery and daytime L2/L3 support, ensuring data reliability, optimizing workflows, and contributing to modernization efforts — particularly migrations from legacy Sybase environments to SQL Server.

You will:

  • Design and support inbound and outbound data feeds

  • Develop and maintain ETL workflows in Informatica PowerCenter

  • Troubleshoot failed or delayed batch loads

  • Support file-based integrations and vendor feeds

  • Refactor and migrate ETL processes from Sybase to SQL Server

  • Collaborate as an active member of a Scrum team

  • Take ownership of deliverables with a high level of autonomy

Your Skills and Experience

  • +5 years of experience in ETL development

  • 2–3 years of recent, hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter (must-have)

  • Strong experience with:

    • Batch processing

    • File-based integrations

    • Inbound and outbound data feeds

  • Proven experience troubleshooting production data issues

  • Experience migrating or refactoring ETL from legacy databases (especially Sybase → SQL Server)

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Experience with:

    • Enterprise job schedulers

    • Shell scripting

    • SFTP

    • Git

  • Comfortable working in regulated, data-heavy environments

  • Experience working in remote Agile/Scrum teams
