Job Description

We are looking for a hands‑on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations specialist with direct experience configuring DIOT and ISR reports within D365. This role is not advisory-only; the selected consultant must be able to configure, adjust, and troubleshoot D365 tax setups, including tax codes, posting profiles, and reporting structures that feed DIOT and ISR outputs for Mexico. The role supports the final phase of an ERP implementation and requires deep knowledge of Mexican SAT requirements, combined with practical system configuration experience

Your Impact

Dynamics 365 F&O Configuration (Hands‑On)

Configure and adjust DIOT and ISR reports within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Set up and maintain:
- Tax codes and tax groups
- Vendor and customer tax configurations
- Withholding tax (ISR) setups
- Posting profiles and GL mappings that feed DIOT and ISR
Configure and validate Electronic Reporting (ER) or relevant D365 tax reporting frameworks for Mexico.
Troubleshoot discrepancies in DIOT and ISR outputs and correct system configurations as needed.

Testing & Validation

Support SIT and UAT cycles focused on tax reporting accuracy.
Reconcile DIOT and ISR reports against accounting entries (AP, AR, GL).
Ensure reports meet SAT compliance requirements prior to go‑live or final delivery.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with Finance, Tax, and Technical teams (local and global).
Document configurations, assumptions, and changes made to tax setups.
Provide guidance to internal teams on Mexico tax reporting behavior in D365.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (required).
Proven experience configuring DIOT and ISR reports directly in D365 (non‑negotiable).
Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations (SAT), specifically:
- DIOT
- ISR withholdings
- IVA implications on reporting
Experience configuring and validating:
- Tax codes, tax groups, and withholdings
- AP, AR, and GL postings related to tax reporting
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve tax reporting issues in D365.
English proficiency for collaboration with global teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Mexico localization in D365 F&O.
Prior involvement in ERP implementations or rollouts for Mexico.
Experience in energy, manufacturing, chemicals, or commodities industries.
