HR Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Associate to join the UK People Shared Services team. This team delivers high-quality, scalable, and consistent People Operations services, enabling our employees to thrive and focus on impactful client work.

Reporting to the UK People Shared Services Track Lead, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional employee lifecycle support—from onboarding to exit—while driving operational efficiency, compliance and a great people experience.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, a problem solver, highly organised, eager to learn and passionate about providing excellent support across HR processes.

Location – London, Turnmills

Hybrid: 3 days in office

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting in Human Resources is desirable but not essential
• Experience with AI prompts, Systems automation and building AI Agents for HR processes (or coming from an Engineering background) will be desirable as this role will support the HR Lifecycle activities for the Engineering population at Publicis Sapient

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with HR systems like SuccessFactors is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and business teams
