PS| Junior Associate CRM Strategist
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Strategist with 1–2 years of experience in consulting, communication, marketing, or innovation. The role sits within our CRM practice and requires an omnichannel mindset, working across touchpoints and in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design integrated, data-informed communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of CRM and omnichannel communication strategies across the customer journey.
- Work closely with experts in digital, media, search, and social to ensure consistency and integration of plans.
- Contribute to the day-to-day strategic management of clients, collaborating in cross-team environments.
- Analyze performance data, extract actionable insights, and translate them into recommendations to support decision making and continuous optimization of strategies.
- Prepare strategic materials, presentations, and documentation for both internal and client meetings.
- Take part, when required, in the preparation of pitches and new business proposals, supporting research and insight generation.
- Build confidence in client-facing interactions and progressively increase autonomy in managing tasks and deliverables.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a consulting, marketing, communication, or innovation role.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Strong team player, comfortable collaborating across functions while maintaining ownership of assigned activities.
- Interest in CRM and customer engagement, with a broad omnichannel perspective.
- Ability to read and interpret data and transform it into clear strategic implications.
- Good presentation and storytelling skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
