Job Description

As a Business Analyst within our Digital Consulting practice, you will be the critical link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring digital products and solutions are designed, configured and implemented to achieve meaningful business outcomes.

 

This is more than requirements gathering. You ll work at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs and technology, helping clients define the right solutions while collaborating with strategists, designers, engineers and data specialists to bring them to life.

 

You ll facilitate discovery, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Your ability to connect people, processes and technology will play a key role in delivering products that create measurable value for our clients.

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities, facilitating discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs and requirement validation sessions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and solution designs that enable successful delivery outcomes.
  • Develop deep product knowledge, including capabilities, roadmaps and best-practice configurations, to design scalable, customer-centric solutions aligned to business goals and technical architecture.
  • Identify gaps between client requirements and product functionality, recommending enhancements, alternative approaches and future product opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects and delivery teams to support solution configuration, testing and validation, ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, business process maps, user guides, training materials and release communications.
  • Lead training, knowledge transfer, change management and adoption activities to support business readiness and successful implementation.
  • Analyse product performance, system usage and user feedback to drive continuous improvement while staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends and digital best practices.

Qualifications 

  • 3–7 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Consultant, or similar role within a technology consulting, product or digital transformation environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise and SaaS platforms such as CRM, ERP, Customer Experience, Analytics, or Content Management solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate business processes and stakeholder needs into solution designs, product configurations, functional requirements, user stories and process flows.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to navigate complex challenges and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships across both business and technical teams.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and modern product teams.
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

 Nice to Have 

  • Experience working with APIs, integrations and data concepts.
  • Exposure to industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Automotive, Government or Telecommunications.
  • Agile, Scrum, Product Management or technology platform certifications.
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or modernisation programmes.
